First of all, the payment methods are not very easy and secure. Since a huge number of Pakistanis do not maintain a bank account, the number of people possessing a visa card is even fewer. Those who have the card, do not use it online in Pakistan owning to security reasons and fear of getting hacked and robbed online. The absence of cyber laws and e-commerce gateway in Pakistan has not helped the entire eco system to evolve. The poor customer service is the second main reason for stiff online shopping behaviors although the big sites are making improvements in this department. Similarly the absenteeism of facility to check the size and the quality of clothes is also a main hurdle. These trends show that people still prefer actual stores and enjoy being present on a shop physically rather than online.

Surprisingly enough the convenience of being stay at home and not to spend to go to market is at third place for a viable online shopping trends which should have been at top but customers do also like the huge variety which they can see on the internet at a glance. Affordability is also a reason customer holds responsible to buy an online product. After all, customer is the king of the market.

This is an area where online shopping portals must be given credit as despite of limited resources, mostly these portals allow the customers that they can return the product upon disliking the product or because of any issue. Sadly the customer don’t take the product quality into account and in the end, user friendliness of the website is the aspect which facilitate the customer.
